Hi, I'm Nicholas!

Nicholas Lisowski brings a rare blend of technical expertise, market knowledge, and a lifelong passion for real estate—making him an invaluable resource to both his clients and colleagues.


Raised in Massachusetts, Nick was immersed in real estate from an early age through his father’s ventures in residential homes, land development, and waterfront properties. This early exposure sparked a lasting interest that became a professional calling after purchasing his own home in 2020. That experience inspired him to pursue a full-time career in real estate with a focus on delivering strategic, personalized service.


With a background in construction materials inspection, carpentry, landscaping, and project management, Nick offers a unique perspective that allows clients to see the full potential of a property. He has worked closely with developers, commercial investors, and condominium associations, giving him a strong foundation for navigating complex transactions and identifying hidden value.


Nick currently resides in Andover, Connecticut with his fiancée and two children. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, carpentry, weightlifting, grilling, and mastering the art of lawn care.
